Gaylord’s menu features an array of Island flavors with Hawaii's finest fresh foods, including delicate island fish and locally grown produce, as well as juicy beef, lamb, and farm-raised venison from Australia and New Zealand. To top off the evening, our desserts are exquisitely prepared with fresh Hawaiian touches, and don't miss the fine wines, special liqueurs, and featured Kauai Coffees.
