About Gaylord's Restaurant
Welcome to the new Gaylord's at Kilohana! Kilohana is proud of the partnership that has been created with Executive Chef Jonathan Pflueger and his brother, Dylan Scott., formerly of the Eastside Restaurant. Along with Jonathan's signature dishes, they have brought with them some of their award winning culinary and service staff. Jonathan's goal was to merge the ambience and atmosphere of Gaylord's courtyard into the development of his menu.  Our new look includes a dance floor, dining are/ bandstand and additional ground lighting, all creating a very romantic setting.

Our service staff strives to implement these following principles... Knowledge without intimidation, Graceful attentiveness, Warm and friendly service,  Confident, Prideful attention to detail, Elegant simplicity, and sincerity and resolve.

Kilohana's agricultural farm provides a lot of the fruits, herbs and vegetables for the kitchen and bar. Our Plantation fresh fruit mojito's and Koloa Rum layered tropical drinks are truly the best!  It will truly be our privilege to have you join us and experience dining with aloha.

Gaylord's at Kilohana, Memorable by Day, Unforgettable by Night!  Please take the time to enjoy our other sites and learn , menus, catering, weddings and all of the other fun things to do at Kilohana Plantation. Gaylord's is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and Sunday for Brunch. Sunday evening are reserved for special functions.
